A beautiful vintage Celine tan leather and canvas Triomphe monogram crossbody bag. A great collectors item. This bag was made in Italy. The Triomphe logo is rooted in Celine’s history and is tied to founder Céline Vipiana. Vipiana’s car broke down in Paris, right in front of the Arc de Triomphe, and she was instantly inspired by the chain that surrounds the iconic French monument.
The strap length drop is 41cm. The bag is secured by a gorgeous gold Celine branded T-bar and ring. Inside the bag there is a further zipped pocket and patch pocket for your valuables.
The bag is in overall very good vintage condition. The main outer canvas material is in very good condition, with hardly any signs of use. The are some signs of use on the tan leather parts and some small marks to the inner lining. Please view all photos.
